QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Safety Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry

·         Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with workers and management

·         Ability to think critically, problem-solve and make sound judgements in a fast-paced environment

·         Proficient in using safety equipment, monitoring tools and incident reporting systems

·         Commitment to promoting a positive safety culture and continuous improvement

·         Relevant safety certifications or training, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, would be highly desirable

What you'll be doing

·         Generates Safety Plan and Risk Assessment in coordination with the Process Owners for mitigation

·         Enforce all safe systems of work.

·         Audits unsafe acts and reports the outcome to the Project Manager.

·         Conducts Orientation to newly hired employees

·         Conducts Toolbox Meeting, Safety Training and other necessary training as fit by the management

·         Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards

·         Providing safety training and education to construction workers to promote a culture of safety awareness

·         Investigating and documenting any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective measures

·         Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

·         Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and review safety plans

·         Maintaining detailed records and reports on safety performance and initiatives

·         Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in safety practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         At least 3 years of experience as a Gantry Crane Operator in the construction industry

·         A valid crane operator's license and certification

·         Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills

·         Thorough knowledge of crane operation, load calculations, and safety procedures

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

What you'll be doing

·         Operate a gantry crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment at the construction site

·         Perform daily checks and routine maintenance on the crane to ensure optimal performance and safety

·         Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe and coordinated movement of loads

·         Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe work environment

·         Maintain detailed logs of crane operations and report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor

·         Assist with the training and supervision of less experienced crane operators, if required

·         Cleaning and maintaining the crane hoisting mechanism.

·         Submits necessary Report to the Ground Level Chief

·         Provides input whenever necessary in generating Methodologies, Test Plans, Risk Assessment and other relative documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a valid electrician's licence

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Electrician or in a similar supervisory role

• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of electricians

• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and building codes

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and efficiency

  What you'll be doing

  ·         Manage and oversee all electrical maintenance and repair activities

  ·         Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

  ·         Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement corrective actions

  ·         Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians and electrical contractors

  ·         Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimise system performance

  ·         Maintain detailed records and documentation of all electrical work

  ·         Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team

  ·         Collaborate with other departments to identify and address electrical needs

  ·         Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

  ·         Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.

  ·         Provides input whenever necessary in generating Methodologies, Test Plans, Risk Assessment and other relative documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Mechanic or in a similar senior mechanical role

·         Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle types and models

·         Thorough understanding of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components

·         Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues

·         Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team

·         Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and tools

·         Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

·         Plans, carries out and evaluates preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment

·         Tests, services and repairs mechanical equipment.

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and develop effective solutions

·         Manage a team of mechanics, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

·         Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

·         Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs

·         Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

·         Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and repair processes

·         Provides input whenever necessary in generating Methodologies, Test Plans, Risk Assessment and other relative documents
